Compare JA is an independent comparison and referral platform. We help you compare Jamaican financial products and, if you choose, connect you with the relevant provider or a licensed broker. We are not a bank, insurer, broker, or lender, and we do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy any product.

Rates, premiums, fees, and estimates shown on this site are indicative and for comparison only. They are drawn from provider publications, our own dated data collection, and rule-based estimates, and each figure may differ from what a provider actually offers you. Only the provider can make you an offer, and their terms prevail. An “approval likelihood” or similar estimate is not an approval, pre-approval, or pre-qualification of any kind.

We label the source and date of the data behind published figures where available, and we work to keep them current, but we do not warrant that any figure is accurate, complete, or up to date.

We may earn a fee or commission when you click through to a provider or submit a quote request that leads to a purchase. This does not change the price you pay. Compensation never changes the rates we display or their ranking; comparisons are ordered by the product figures shown.

• Provide accurate information in quote forms and your account.
• Verify final terms directly with the provider before committing to any product.
• Do not misuse the platform — no scraping at abusive volumes, no automated form submissions, no attempts to breach security, no unlawful use.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. We may suspend or close accounts used in breach of these terms. You may delete your account at any time; see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

Links to provider websites take you off Compare JA. We are not responsible for the content, products, or data practices of third-party sites.

To the maximum extent permitted by Jamaican law, Compare JA is not liable for losses arising from reliance on indicative figures, from decisions made using the platform, or from the acts or omissions of providers. The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, and the courts of Jamaica have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Questions: hello@comparejamaica.com.
